Sales Account Executive

Zeekee is seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to attract and maintain clients in the digital marketing marketplace. Our Sales Account Executives are tasked with developing new business & maintaining ongoing relationships with our clients.

Typical tasks will include:
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Generate & qualify referrals
• Participate in multiple outside business networking, associations, or chamber functions.
• Meet with clients to discuss and understand their marketing needs
• Work with internal departments to develop a plan, scope and marketing proposal
• Present and communicate proposals to clients or prospects
• Work with Project Managers to kick off projects
• Communicate with Project Manager and client during development process
• Negotiate with clients, solving any problems and ensuring deadlines are met
• Continue to discover and pitch new business to the existing client

• Fulfill monthly sales quota
• Bring in new business through networking and provided leads
• Retain existing clients and find/create upsell opportunities
• Educate clients on trends in digital marketing
• Provide post-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience with Zeekee
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your territory to continually understand their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to maintain client happiness and the company’s reputation

• Proven experience in a sales/customer service role
• Knowledge of how marketing integrates with business model is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (ie: ConnectWise) is a plus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to easily build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate

Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of client digital marketing operations.


  • Assist Digital Marketing and Account Services teams with gathering information and executing setup tasks for digital marketing accounts
  • Assist with the generation and analysis of monthly digital reports
  • Assist the team in identifying new potential opportunities for clients
  • Campaign and account auditing
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Communicate and collaborate with team and management on goals, project development, timelines, and results
  • Keep pace with SEO, paid search, search engines, social media and digital marketing industry trends and developments

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience or internship experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience working with popular platforms (AdWords, Facebook Advertising) a plus
